We are the data controller responsible for your personal information under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.

• To deliver the Bundle and customer portal access.
• To process payments, refunds, and tax compliance.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, product updates).

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors required to run our business: payment provider, email delivery, analytics, and cloud hosting. We never sell personal data.

6. Data Retention

Account and purchase records are retained for up to 10 years to comply with German tax and commercial law (§147 AO, §257 HGB). Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Germany: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht). 8. International Transfers

Some of our processors are located outside the EU/EEA (e.g. the United States). Such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures where required.

We use TLS encryption, access controls, and regular backups. No system is 100% secure; please use strong, unique passwords.
