1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital products, website, and customer portal (collectively, the "Services") provided by Ulises Ramos Pérez, doing business as Perez Media Agency ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) registered in the Federal Republic of Germany. By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. License Grant
Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Claude Skills, automation scripts, prompts, and bonus materials (the "Bundle") for your internal business and client work. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publish the Bundle as a standalone product.
3. Payment
All prices are listed in USD and processed by our third-party payment provider. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Access to the customer portal is granted immediately after payment confirmation.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 10-Hour Guarantee as detailed on our Refund Policy page. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, prompts, branding, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Ulises Ramos Pérez (Perez Media Agency). Unauthorized distribution constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
6. Third-Party Services
The Bundle is designed to work with third-party LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and other tools. You are responsible for complying with their respective terms of service and for any API or subscription costs.
7. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding specific business results, revenue, or AI output accuracy. You assume full responsibility for reviewing and using AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Where permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Munich, Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
