Digital Goods Notice

The Skill & Agent Collection is a digital download (digital good) supplied immediately after purchase. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (§356 (5) BGB in Germany), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal expires the moment the download or portal access begins, which you expressly consent to and acknowledge at checkout.

In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily offer the 7-Day 10-Hour Guarantee described below.

If the Skill & Agent Collection does not save you at least 10 hours of manual work within the first 7 days of purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price — no questions asked.

Eligibility

• Refund request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• Available to first-time buyers of the Bundle.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@perez-media.agency with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email used at checkout. We process refunds within 5 business days.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve almost every issue within 24 hours.
